How much does it cost?
Every build is custom and scoped to your budget before anything starts. Typical monthly ranges by company size, and our minimum, are on the pricing page.
What are the contract options?
Two, at the same monthly rate. Annual: $0 upfront with a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Upfront: pay 2× the monthly rate on signature for a shorter 6-month commitment, billed monthly after.
What can you actually automate?
Anything digital and repetitive: invoicing, reporting, data entry, inbox triage, monitoring, scheduling and more. We start with a discovery call to find the task costing you the most hours, then scope a build around it. You don't need to arrive with a spec.
Do we need technical staff on our side?
No. We handle the build, testing and deployment end to end. Your side of the work is a discovery call, access to the tools involved, and a yes/no on the demo.
What happens before anything goes live?
You see a working demo first, run against real examples from your workflow. Nothing deploys until you approve it, and every build ships with tests.
How do you handle our data?
We care about your data. We only use data servers that follow key SOC 2 security standards, and all of your data is kept in a sandboxed environment, isolated from any other client's systems.
